This course is a principle-based curriculum on how to fit an individual rider to an individual bicycle and is the only one of its kind in the world. We will cover every part of the bike that can be adjusted and what components to use and how to optimize them for that rider. Pedals and cleats, crank length, bottom bracket width, frame geometry, tubing selection, seats and seat posts, handle bar selection, brake hood positioning, and much more will be covered and the practitioner will learn how to optimize the placement of all components to maximize the performance of the rider. This course will teach you how to use your hands to find the optimal fit, NOT a computer or goniometer. The riders’ body is the guide to the perfect fit, not a math formula. Our method is more precise and even helps to minimize injury. The feedback from the riders who use this method has been incredible - increased speed, endurance and winning races!
These same principles have been used to fit any sports equipment - archery equipment, golf clubs, kayaks, running shoes, automobiles, and even firearms to optimize performance.
